0.8 hectares of vineyards located in Baños de Ebro, between 520 and 630 meters above sea level. Bush-trained. North-south orientation. 80% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano, Garnacha, Palomino Fino.

Harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. Manual destemming, berry by berry selection, then gravity-fed in a 2,000 kg micro-tank. Daily punching down and pisagge. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation takes place in 600-liter French oak foudres. Aged for approximately 16 months in 600-liter oak barrels.
