Vinaris was born as a technological startup that tries to bring small wineries closer to consumers, outside of traditional commercial distribution networks.
Our philosophy treats wine more as a living agricultural product rather than a commercial one, and therefore, we try to understand its typicality: the region from which it comes, its variety, the vintage, the size of the vineyard, the type of cultivation, the yields ... not to mention the work in the cellar, which must respect all of the above. We are strong advocates of labelling wines that more accurately reflects all this, prevailing the result of a commercial study that attracts the consumer to a recognizable, predictable brand ... but takes them away from their knowledge of what they are drinking.
