2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through www.vinaris.es by end consumers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms as published at the time of purchase. STEREO WINES S.L. reserves the right to amend them, with no retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.
3. Age verification
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited by law. By completing an order, the customer expressly declares they are of legal age. STEREO WINES S.L. may request proof of age at the time of delivery. If the recipient's legal age cannot be verified, the order will not be delivered.
4. Products and prices
All prices shown in the store include the applicable Spanish VAT (21% for alcoholic beverages) and are displayed in euros (€). Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process, before order confirmation.
STEREO WINES S.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, notifying the customer immediately and issuing a full refund if the charge has already been processed.
Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes. Organoleptic characteristics (colour, aromas, flavours) may vary depending on the vintage and transportation and storage conditions.
5. Order process
The purchase process consists of the following steps:
- Select products and add them to your cart.
- Review your cart and choose a shipping method.
- Log in or create an account.
- Enter your shipping and billing details.
- Select your payment method and confirm your order.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If any product is unavailable, you will be notified promptly and the corresponding amount will be refunded. The minimum order value is €10.00.
6. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
All transactions are processed through the PayPal payment gateway (PrestaShop Checkout) with SSL/TLS encryption. STEREO WINES S.L. does not store any card details.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or internationally.
Orders are delivered by external courier companies (primarily Correos and Zeleris). Delivery times are estimates and are subject to the carrier's operational conditions; local, regional or national holidays, as well as force majeure events, may affect these timeframes.
Typical delivery times (business days from payment confirmation):
- Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours.
- Balearic Islands: 48–96 business hours.
The maximum delivery period is 7 business days for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If your order has not arrived within this period, please contact us at admin@vinaris.es with your order number.
A fixed shipping fee applies to orders below €90.00. Free shipping on orders of €90.00 or more to mainland Spain.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery at the specified address. If the outer packaging shows visible damage on receipt, we recommend noting it on the carrier's delivery note and contacting us within 24 hours, including photos of the packaging.
STEREO WINES S.L. is not liable for delays attributable to the carrier, but undertakes to manage any incident to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGCU) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us before the deadline expires by email at admin@vinaris.es, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unopened and in their original intact packaging. STEREO WINES S.L. will cover the cost of collection and return shipping.
Your refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened or partially consumed, or to products that may deteriorate or expire by nature.
9. Returns for defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@vinaris.es, including photographs of the product and packaging.
STEREO WINES S.L. will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs) within 14 calendar days, and will cover all collection costs.
10. Legal guarantees
Products are supplied with the legal guarantees established under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGCU). For any warranty claim, please contact us at admin@vinaris.es.
11. Liability
STEREO WINES S.L. shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party provider failures, or unauthorised access to our systems.
Product availability is indicative and does not constitute a contractual commitment. Vinaris is not liable for errors in the website or underlying software.
If any clause of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, that declaration shall affect only that specific provision; the remaining terms shall continue in full force.
12. Intellectual property
All content on www.vinaris.es — including texts, images, graphic design, logos and trademarks — is the property of STEREO WINES S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
13. Personal data
Personal data provided during the purchase process is processed by STEREO WINES S.L. in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), solely for order management, delivery and the commercial relationship. 14. Dispute resolution
If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us first at admin@vinaris.es so we can resolve it amicably.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
