From the 100-year-old 'El Cuadro' plot. Very poor soils, calcareous clay. 70% Tempranillo and 30% Viura.
Manual harvest in boxes of 10 kilos on October 7, total 410 kilos of Tempranillo and Viura. Part whole grape, part destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation 21 days where trodden, watered and daily infusions were made, morning and afternoon. Malolactic in second-use French oak barrels of 340 liters, and aged for 10 months.
Production: 417 bottles.
