Manual vintage. All the varieties are co-fermented in an open tank, with a pre-fermentative cold maceration and a subsequent 6-day post-fermentative maceration. Unvatted without pressing in 500l French oak barrels. Malolactic in barrels and total aging for 11 months in them. Natural stabilization. Contains sulfites.
