From a single vineyard, planted in 1958, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra at 540 meters above sea level in east-west orientation. Calcareous clay soil with sand on the surface. 50% tempraniilo, 5% garnacha tinta, 40% viura y 5% garnacha blanca y torrontes.

Manual vintage. All the varieties are co-fermented in an open tank, with a pre-fermentative cold maceration and a subsequent 6-day post-fermentative maceration. Unvatted without pressing in 500l French oak barrels. Malolactic in barrels and total aging for 11 months in them. Natural stabilization. Contains sulfites.
