The winery's first white wine. Made from three different vineyards over 50 years old, organic and with clay-limestone soils located in Baños de Ebro, Ábalos and Samaniego. 90% Viura, 5% Malvasía, 5% Palomino Fino.
Traditional fermentation of destemmed grapes in concrete tanks. Aging on lees for 10 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, 50% of the wine and the other 50% in concrete. Soft filtering and unstabilized.
