From a single 56-year-old vineyard, located 600 meters above sea level. Sloping vineyards with sandy clay soil with calcareous pockets in the upper part of the vineyard. Very poor soil. 100% Garnacha.
Manual harvest. Fermentation in open tank for 16 days. Drained without pressing into 500-liter French oak barrels, seasoned to carry out malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 10 months. Natural stabilization.
