From the El Molino, La Vejera and Tasugueras vineyards, with a century-old vine, 120 years old and clay-calcareous soils. Nine grape varieties: 40% Viura, 25% Malvasia, 7% Chardonnay, 7% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Turruntés, 4% Garnacha Blanca, 4% Verdejo, 4% Tempranillo Blanco and 4% Maturana.
Destemmed very soft and fermented in barrels at about 20 degrees. Aged for 3 months in French barrels.
