Vineyards planted in a bush shape and worked using organic viticulture, located in Lanciego de Álava at an altitude of between 450-650 metres above sea level. Shallow, flat, stony, limestone and silty soils. Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha.

Manual harvest. Fermentation with native yeasts in 6,500 to 8,500 kg cement vats. Aged for 14 months in 1,500 to 2,500 litre foudres and 225 litre French oak barrels.
