Vineyards in two places (A mallada, A quinta), on the slopes of the Soutipedre village, framed in the Manzaneda region (Val Do Bibei). With northwest and north orientation and granite soil with abundant slate, and schist quartz.
Harvest by hand in boxes of 15Kg. Vatted by separate plots. The grapes from the area A mallada, the rest of the grapes from the area A quinta are destemmed (60%). Encubated with whole bunches and trodden on foot, in 500-litre vats. Natural fermentation. Maceration of 18 days. Aged for 11 months in 500-litre chestnut (50%) and French oak barrels. Bottled in September 2020. Unfiltered. 2.052 bottles produced.
