El Grafito 2022 es un vino tinto producido por la bodega Lagar do Vento en la Denominación de Origen Ribeira Sacra, en la región de Galicia, España. La añada corresponde al año 2022.

El viñedo se localiza en la subzona de Ribeira do Miño, en Belesar (Chantada). Se extiende en aproximadamente dos hectáreas de terrazas situadas en laderas heroicas sobre el río Miño, con suelos de pizarra y grafito. Se trata de una mezcla de campo con viñas de unos 70 años de antigüedad. La composición varietal está dominada por el 51% de Mencía, complementada con Brancellao, Grao Negro, Albariño y otras variedades ancestrales gallegas. La explotación aplica agricultura regenerativa certificada, con rendimientos muy bajos donde se cuentan los racimos por cepa.

En cuanto a la vinificación, la vendimia se realiza íntegramente de forma manual. La fermentación se lleva a cabo con levaduras indígenas. Tras la fermentación alcohólica, la fermentación maloláctica tiene lugar dentro de barrica. La producción es limitada, con un total de 666 botellas elaboradas.

Se trata de una elaboración vinculada a la singularidad geológica de sus suelos de grafito y la mezcla de variedades antiguas. La baja producción y el manejo manual del viñedo definen su carácter de vino artesanal y de escasa disponibilidad.

Lagar do Vento is a family winery in Belesar, Chantada, on a granite hillside falling to the Miño river in the heart of Ribeira Sacra — a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve since 2021. Two hectares of steep terraces, heroic viticulture, strictly hand-harvested: mechanisation is impossible here, and every gesture in the vineyard is a deliberate choice.

The winery is the only member in Galicia of the Spanish Regenerative Viticulture Association and a member of the global Regenerative Viticulture Foundation. Their philosophy goes beyond preservation: they actively seek to regenerate the soil as a carbon sink and help reverse climate damage. Instead of pesticides, they cultivate communities of native insects and microorganisms; Atlantic gorse grows alongside Mediterranean orange, olive and fig trees, a biodiversity that is their main defence against vine disease.

The varieties are those of Ribeira Sacra: mencía for the reds — led by Do Peizas, voted best red wine of the appellation — and godello, treixadura and loureira for the whites. Limited production of four thousand bottles a year.
