La Corderilla vineyard, approximately 60 years old, located in Roa de Duero, Burgos. Silty soil with calcareous rock at depth and pebbles on the surface. 95% Tinto Fino, 5% Other red and white varieties present in the vineyard.

  Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. We vat with 15% whole clusters and ferment with indigenous yeasts from the grape. We keep the vat for 45 days with gentle extraction. We press lightly and transfer the wine directly to the barrel. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels of 500l and 225l.
