4 vineyards over 70 years old in Las Herguijuelas, Villanueva de Ávila, with a northeast orientation and granite sand soils with a higher silt component than other subregions. 100% Garnacha.

  Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts and 30% whole clusters. Light daily pumping over for a gentle extraction. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, light pressing and direct transfer to barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place. Aged for 12 months in a used 500l French oak barrel.
