Vatted in open vats, 100% destemmed, just 1 hour of skin maceration, pressing and fermentation in a used 500-liter barrel. The blend with Grenache is made just before bottling. Aging for 10 months in barrels for the dyer. And around 7 months in fourth-grade barrels, the Garnacha is used.
