Obtained through the “bleeding” method (separating the must from the skins as it arrives at the winery so that there is not too much color extraction and maintains fresh aromas). Fermentation is carried out spontaneously in a stainless steel tank for 25 days, at a temperature of 12 degrees. Thus, it slowly transforms sugar into alcohol, maintaining the characteristic aromas and flavors of a rosé wine.
