1.7 hectares of vineyard located in San Carlos, at an altitude of 1,300 meters above sea level. Colluvial soil with marine limestone at the bottom. 95% Malbec, 5% Semillon.
Fermentation in concrete tanks at an average temperature of 26 °C with 30% whole clusters. Cold maceration for 5 days, followed by a 60-day infusion with minimal movement. Aged for 64 months in old oak vats and one year in the bottle.
