Vineyard located to the right of the Ebro River, between 438 and 489 metres above sea level. Soils ranging from alluvial to clay-calcareous with the presence of gravel and boulders.
The grapes are destemmed and the must ferments with the skins in large 240-hectolitre oak vats. Aged for 6 years in oak barrels, with two rackings per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites and bottled unfiltered.
