Old vines located in Tubilla del Lago and an organic vineyard in Gumiel de Mercado, with selected clones from Ribera del Duero, at an altitude of 910 meters above sea level with calcareous clay soil. 100% Tempranillo.
Manual harvest. Fermented in stainless steel truncated cone-shaped tanks with native yeasts and macerated for 12 days. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, then blended and refined in foudres.
