From some of the oldest vines in La Aguilera, located at an average altitude of about 880 meters above sea level with red clay soil with hints of limestone. Organically grown. Tempranillo, Garnacha, Bobal, Blanca del País.
Fermentation in concrete tanks, where the grapes are foot-pressed in the traditional way. The bunches are introduced without destemming. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in oak vats for long periods. Aged for 35 months in oak vats.
