From 3 hectares, located in the municipality of El Pego, with a vineyard from 1919 planted with Tinta de Toro and other varieties such as Garnacha, Mencía, Verdejo and Malvasía, located 711 meters above sea level. Soils mostly sandy with medium-sized pebbles.
Manual vintage. 100% undestemmed. Cold prefermentation for 3-4 days. Fermentation with native yeasts for about 30 days, controlling the temperature. Aged for 12 months in foudres and large oak barrels. Without filtering or clarifying.
