Vineyards planted between 1960 and 1988 with sandy-clay loam soils with boulders. 100% Tinta de Toro.
Spontaneous natural fermentation without added sulphites, in open thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Pellicular maceration for 15 to 18 days with two manual pump-overs per day and two délestage at the end. From 24 to 30 months in 225-litre French oak barrels with a maximum of 33% new.
