From 40 hectares of vineyards located in the towns of Morales and Toro (Zamora). Vines planted in glass. Manual and organic cultivation. With very sandy soils of alluvial origin, with a narrow layer of red clay of about 20 centimeters in the subsoil and between 2 and 3 meters deep.
Fermentation in open fermenters and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels from Burgundy and Bordeaux. Aged for 8 months on lees. Bottled without filtering or clarifying.
