Viña Tondonia Reserva 2010 | Rioja
Vineyard located to the right of the Ebro River, between 438 and 489 meters above sea level. Soils from alluvial to clay-calcareous with the presence of gravel and boulders.
The grapes are destemmed to remove the stems and the must ferments with the skins in large 240-hectoliter oak vats. Aged for 6 years in oak barrels. Submitted to two rackings per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites and bottled unfiltered.
