The extensive vineyard extends over a true mosaic of terroirs, with more than seven different geological compositions. It is a faithful summary of the Châteauneuf du Pape appellation, where sand, terraces of laminated pebbles, marl and slopes of limestone soils coexist, extending between 85 and 125 meters above sea level, vinified and aged separately until blending. 80% Garnacha, 20% Syrah.

Manual harvest. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then transferred to a stainless steel tank. The temperature is maintained at around 25°C during alcoholic fermentation. The maceration period is approximately 30 days, during which pumping over and racking are carried out daily. Aged for 12 months in single-wine or multi-wine barrels.
