From an old Cinsault vineyard supplemented by a plot of vineyard planted in 2003. Gravel, sand and clay soil. 57% Cinsault, 8,7% Garnacha, 7,7% Mourvèdre, 7,7% Syrah, 7,5% Counoise, 4,8% Piquepoul noir, 2,9% Clairette blanche, 1,9% Bourboulenc, 0,9% Muscardin noir, 0,9% Brun argenté.
Manual harvest. Fermentation in large wooden tanks with gentle punching. After alcoholic fermentation, maceration for 15 days. Aged on lees. Gentle filtering and without sulphites.
