From vineyards located in the town of San Martín de Unx, in the Baja Montaña sub-zone, at 600 metres above sea level. Calcareous clay soils. 100% Garnacha Blanca.
Fermented in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and then bottled with approximately 20 grams of sugar. End of fermentation not always complete in bottle. Natural carbonation as a result of this fermentation. Variable residual sugar. Disgorged and refilled with the same wine. Aged for 9 months on its lees in bottle.
Production: 1,500 bottles/year.
