Vineyard in Gualtallary, Tupungato, at 1470 meters above sea level. The Malbec soils are sandy loam, with a limestone base, rocky soil. The Cabernet Franc is calcareous, rocky and the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are deep sandy. 50% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot.

 Fermentation in concrete, average temperature: 22°C. Cold maceration for 5 days, followed by a 40-day infusion with minimal movement. 30% whole bunch. Aging for 16 months in concrete.
