The 4 million pesetas that were initially invested to create the winery give this wine its name: 4 kilos of vines between 20 and 45 years old with clay loam soils. 100% Callet.
Manual grape harvest and selection. Each plot ferments separately, 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in 2,500-litre wooden vats, at a temperature between 20 and 30ºC. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and 600-litre barrels. Aged for 12 months in 600-litre Alier oak barrels.
Production: 16.000 bottles and 300 magnums.
