Finca El Puntido, planted in 1975, covers 25 hectares and is located in Páganos-Laguardia at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. The soil is clay loam in texture and clay-limestone in composition. Organic fertilization is used. Integrated farming practices are employed. 100% Tempranillo.

Traditional method of destemmed grapes. Pre-fermentation maceration at 6ºC for 5 days. Gentle pump-overs with light aeration favor fermentation, which takes place with native yeasts. Subsequently, a post-fermentation maceration with the skins for 9 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. Aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels and 6 months in tanks.
