Located in Sotillo de la Ribera (Burgos) at an altitude of between 850 and 930 metres above sea level. With clay-calcareous soils with pebbles. 100% Tempranillo.
Fermentation with native yeasts at a low temperature to finish at 30ºC. The maceration with the grape skins is extended for 15 more days. Malolactic fermentation in new and 1-year-old French oak barrels is carried out. Ageing for 18 months in new French oak barrels with racking to eliminate the lees.
