From vineyards located in Melgaço, in the coolest sub-region of the Douro, in Vinho Verde. These vines are planted on slate soils, at an altitude of 50-150 meters above sea level. 100% Albariño.
The grapes are selected and pressed and the resulting must ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in 1000 and 2000 litre casks, in contact with the lees and without adding sulphur.
