'Saca 2025' denotes a direct en rama extraction from the solera, bottled with minimal intervention to preserve every nuance of the wine in its most living state. Biological ageing entirely under the veil of flor gives Manzanilla its fresh, saline identity, setting it apart from Fino of the inland Jerez bodegas.
