Ossian 2020 | Verdejo
In the lands of Nieva, Segovia, sandy loam soils predominate. Thanks to its texture, the phylloxera plague at the end of the 19th century had no incidence in the area, which allowed these vines to be preserved, which survive as a heritage of its viticultural history. Ossian is made entirely from centuries-old ungrafted vines with certified organic farming. Some plots have a surface covered with boulders, which emerge from the sand. They are the testimony of the passage of ancient water currents. 100% Verdejo.
