Quinta Sardonia 2014 | Toro
From 22 hectares of own vineyards in Villabáñez and Sardón de Duero, province of Valladolid, Castilla y León. The farm is made up of 11 different soils of calcareous origin and is located on the southern slope of the Duero River, at an altitude between 760 and 830 meters above sea level. 60% Tinto Fino, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 2% Malbec. 24,900 bottles.
The clusters are selected during the summer until they enter the cellar. The grapes are vatted with 5-15% of whole bunches to enhance the aromatic part. Fermentation with native yeasts. Aging for 20 months and light filtration of the wine before bottling.
