Gramona is a family house from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Penedès) that has worked without interruption since the mid-19th century. Today it is run by the fifth and sixth generations of the family.

Xarel·lo is the backbone of their sparkling wines. They farm organically and biodynamically, with horse ploughing and biodynamic preparations.

In the early 2000s they left the Cava DO to found, together with other houses, Corpinnat, registered as an EU collective brand in 2017.

III Lustros was born in 1951. The Reserva Brut Nature is 70% Xarel·lo and 30% Macabeo, aged 80 months on lees sur pointe, under cork without disgorgement.
