Gran Reserva Brut Nature | Finca Valldosera
The grapes used to make it come from 5 different plots that grew on predominantly silt-clay soils. Xarel.lo (45%), Macabeo (30%), Parellada (10%), Chardonnay (10%) and Subirat Parent (5%).
The different grape varieties undergo the production process independently. Only after the first fermentation are the different varieties assembled. Following traditional methods, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle for 36 months period. Expedition liquor is not added.
