Indigo Eyes is a family winery based in Napa Valley, founded by first-generation Italian winemakers Dario de Conti and Stefano Migotto. Stefano, originally from Abano Terme in northern Italy, trained at the prestigious Scuola Enologica di Conegliano and brings over 35 years of viticultural and winemaking experience to the project. The winery holds both Napa Green and Climate Smart Winery certifications, reflecting a genuine commitment to sustainable farming, lightweight packaging, and renewable energy.

This 2023 Chardonnay carries the California appellation and comes in at 13.5% alcohol, with 5.9 g/L of residual sugar and 4.8 g/L of total acidity — a gently off-dry profile kept in balance by its fresh acidity. The nose offers vanilla, oak, and Golden Delicious apple, while the palate is creamy in texture, showing Bartlett pear and lime curd before a finish marked by rising spice notes.
