From 1.5 hectares. The Vigna Cucco vineyard is located in Cerrati, in Serralunga d'Alba, at an altitude of 380-420 meters above sea level, with a south, south-east exposure and shallow calcareous, clayey soil. 100% Nebbiolo.

 The freshly harvested grapes are destemmed, pressed and placed in 50 hl stainless steel tanks, and left to ferment for 10 days at 26 °C with a 30-day submerged cap maceration at a temperature of 22 °C. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, this powerful wine is aged in French oak barrels for 36 months, so to bring it to its peak of elegance. It is t then put into bottles, where it still ages for at least two years.
