Grapes from the steep blue-slate slopes around Zell (Terrassenmosel), hand-harvested. Feinherb style, approximately 22–26 g/L residual sugar balanced by the Mosel's characteristically bright acidity. 11% ABV. QbA.

Procedencia y elaboración
La bodega fue fundada en 1886 por Jacob Zimmermann en Zell an der Mosel, en la zona de Mittelmosel. Es una Weinkellerei que trabaja con aproximadamente 1.000 viticultores regionales. Este vino concreto pertenece a la gama "Peter & Peter", la gama regional mosela de ZGM.

La uva procede de empinadas laderas de pizarra azul que rodean el pueblo de Zell, conocidas como Terrassenmosel. La vendimia se realiza de forma manual. La vinificación resulta en un estilo feinherb, con un azúcar residual entre 22 y 26 gramos por litro, el cual se equilibra gracias a la pronunciada acidez típica de la región del Mosel. El alcohol es del 11% vol.

It is worth placing it: this is not an estate but a large Mosel producer, the kind that works with fruit from hundreds of growers in the area. Peter & Peter is its Mosel range.

The compound surname has a domestic explanation. Jacob Zimmermann founded the house in Zell in 1886 and added his wife's maiden name, Graeff, to his own simply so that his company would not be confused with his brother's.

Jacob died of a heart attack at fifty-six while on a business trip. Continuity came down the female line: Ferdinand Hübinger married his daughter Frieda Zimmermann-Graeff and joined the company as the second generation. Today ownership rests with their great-great-grandchildren, Tina Schiemann and Dominik Hübinger.

In 1998 the house merged with Rudolf Müller and the present group, ZGM, was born. Since April 2023 its shares have belonged to the French group Les Grands Chais de France, though it continues to operate independently. It exports to more than forty-five countries.
