Grown on clay-limestone soils rich in tuffeau — the soft local stone of Bourré — these 20-year-old Sauvignon Blanc vines sit in the Coteaux du Cher, Touraine. The estate shares a long history with nearby Chenonceau, with vineyards established since 1864.
Vinified in stainless steel at 14–16°C by the respected Confrérie des Vignerons d'Oisly et Thésée, this fresh, unoaked wine delivers crisp citrus, crunchy fruit and clean mineral length. Awarded one star by the Guide Hachette 2025 (2023 vintage).
