Coming from 0.36 hectares, the "En Caradeux" plot in Pernand-Vergelesses faces east, overlooking the Corton hill, at an altitude of between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, with clay-limestone soil mixed with chaillots (siliceous residues of flint limestone). 100% Pinot Noir.

 Hand-harvested and selected in the vineyard, the grapes are 100% destemmed before being placed in open oak vats. Maceration and vinification last approximately 15 days. Daily punch-downs and pump-overs are performed during alcoholic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels for 16 to 18 months.
