Certified organic vineyard is located less than 40 km from the ocean. Soil composed of clay and slate, on partially decomposed parent rock, with good nutrient reserves and water retention properties. 100% Syrah.
Manual harvest. After 2 weeks of maceration and wild fermentation, the wine is transferred to 300-liter barrels. Aged for 18 months in barrels.
