Domaine de l'Espérance has been rooted in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation for four generations, farming around 30 hectares near Tillières-sur-Sèvre on the ancient soils of the Armorican Massif — a complex mosaic of schist, granite, gneiss and gabbro. The estate holds HVE certification and is a member of the Vignerons Indépendants. 100% Melon de Bourgogne.

The Prestige cuvée spends an extended period ageing on its fine lees in stainless steel, a technique that rounds out the naturally high acidity of Melon de Bourgogne while preserving the taut mineral tension drawn from those ancient rocks.
