Vineyards between 40 and 80 years old located in the Vereda del Cerro Macho region, spread across the Riofrío Alto and Benavente Alto areas with bush vines, with albariza soil, a lumpy and very calcareous marl. 95% Pedro Ximénez and 5% other minor indigenous varieties.

  This wine results from a selection of casks, seeking the identity of the vineyard and the expression of the flor. It is made from the must of the last days of harvest in each plot, having that extra point of ripeness. We blend a selection of casks that stand out from others and combine them into a single cask. Throughout the entire process, the wine ages for 24 months under a veil of flor, is bottled, and remains in the bottle for a minimum of 5 months before distribution. In total, it spends approximately 30 months.
