From a 60-year-old vineyard from the Fuente de los Huertos plot located in San Martín de Valdeiglesias at almost 800 meters above sea level with northwest orientation and soil of granite. 100% Garnacha.
Fermentation of whole bunches and with indigenous yeasts and three months of maceration in plastic vats. Aging for 12 months in 3.000-litre foudres.
Production: 4.000 bottles.
