Located in the heart of the appellation on a fairly steep southeast-facing slope at an altitude of 260 m above sea level with shallow, very stony soil. 100% Pinot Noir.
The grapes are destemmed and vinified in open vats for approximately four weeks. After racking, the wines are transferred to oak barrels and aged for 18 months.
