The Côte-Rôtie Cuvée is a cuvée located in Ampuis, near Vienne, in the Rhône department and has been produced for 3 generations. In 2013, when Maxime Gourdain took over the business, he decided to rename it to become Drevon, thus paying homage to his predecessors André and Louis Drevon. 98% Syrah and 2% Viognier.
Manual harvest, destemmed and crushed at the beginning of vinification. The proportion of new barrels during aging is 25%. This cuvée is made with 98% Syrah and 2% Viognier. Production of 15 to 20,000 bottles per year.
