40-year-old vines with clay-limestone soil. 50% Garnacha, 30% Syrah, 20% Cariñena.
Hand-harvested, fully destemmed, macerated for 15 to 20 days at a controlled temperature of 24° to 28°C, pneumatically pressed at low pressure (less than 1 bar). Aged for 10 to 12 months in concrete tanks, then aged in the bottle for 3 to 6 months before release.
