Nicolas Millet

The house is called Domaine des Côtes Blanches and sits in Bué, within Sancerre. The Millet family founded it in the 1930s, although Nicolas is the ninth generation of growers: they were making wine long before there was a name over the door.

Nicolas Millet took over in 2010 and extended the estate to 19.25 hectares, planted with sauvignon blanc and pinot noir.

He has held organic certification since 2024, so the conversion is recent.

Alongside the house wines he bottles individual parcels: Les Grands Champs, La Marne and Le Chêne Marchand.
