From a 0.75-hectare plot with a vineyard of approximately 100 years at between 480 and 520 meters above sea level with sandy-loam soils, under a braided cordon system. 100% Listán negro.
Manual harvest in boxes of 16 kilos. Vinification in concrete tanks with whole bunch, without temperature control. Native yeasts. Aged for 11 months with its own lees in used 500-litre barrels.
Production: 4.100 bottles.
